INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT POLICY

  • All our shipments are booked via International Courier services(Fedex, DHL) offering international service.
  • International Shipping charges for all items include shipping, packaging & tracking.
  • International shippments goes through Sri Lankan custom clearnce so please be patient.
  • Gemstone once studded in the ring or any other jewelry will not be applicable for Replacement OR Refund.
  • As all gems are natural so there is no lifetime exchange or returns and refunds.
  • All international shipments are covered under trade agreements by Government of Sri Lanka, incase some restrictions are there and shipments are not able to go through, 100% refund against payment received will be given.

RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

  • Incase of any damaged/incorrect product is received, inform within 24 hours.
  • Unfortunately, if the information is not received within 24 hours, no store credits/refunds will be processed.
  • If case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact us.

SPECIAL NOTE

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are as per law of land & will be the buyer’s responsibility.
