1. Shipping Destinations

We ship gemstones globally, ensuring that customers from any country can enjoy our premium collection. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on gemstone imports. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local customs regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-cut or polished orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS to ensure fast and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • We offer free shipping for all orders over $2,500 from Sri Lanka. For orders less than $2,500 shipping charges will be around $70 – $100. (Based on the carrier).

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our showroom, No. 207, Ward place, Borella, Colombo 07 – Sri Lanka. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

In-store pickups can be arranged at a mutually convenient time; however, we kindly request that you contact us in advance to confirm your visit and schedule an appropriate time.Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the courier’s website.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • RORAGEMS is not liable for any customs fees or delays caused by customs processing.

9. Shipping Insurance

To ensure peace of mind, all shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. The insurance cost is included in the shipping fee.

10. Packaging

Your gemstones will be securely packaged in tamper-proof materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

12. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the gemstone.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and initiate an insurance claim if necessary.
