SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

INTERNATOINAL SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer free shipping for all orders over $2,500 from Sri Lanka. For orders less than $2,500 shipping charges will be around $70 - $100. (Based on the carrier).

Customs at most countries including US, UK, Singapore, Canada, HK, NZ and most EU countries are straight forward and will not create any delays with your shipment however may impose local import taxes.

We do not have any control over customs. Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties and taxes.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our showroom, No. 207, Ward place, Borella, Colombo 07 - Sri Lanka. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

In-store pickups can be arranged at a mutually convenient time; however, we kindly request that you contact us in advance to confirm your visit and schedule an appropriate time.Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
